Fresh shredded ginger is tipped into the hopper, climbs the belt into the top of the casing, then zigzags down through seven mesh belts in evenly spread hot air. It leaves dry on the low apron at the rear.
How it dries
1Fresh air in. The blower pulls room air through the heater.
2Radiator. Finned panels kept hot through the two riser pipes by a biomass or firewood fired heat source. The air leaves hot and dry.
3Blower. Sits on a platform above the outlet. It draws the hot air through a hood and pushes it into the dryer through a closed inlet housing.
4Same heat on every belt. The hot air is spread evenly through the whole drying chamber, so every belt gets the same temperature from the first metre to the last and the ginger dries to one even colour.
5Moist air out. The ID fan draws the damp air through the roof duct and up the stack.

How far to trust this model
Built from a 54 second factory walk-around and the reconstruction drawing AEW-VR-01. No dimension is measured. Height 2400 and length 12000 are adopted anchors; everything else is proportional.
O Observed in the footage: doors, latch rods, stripes, logo, slots, drives, apron, heat exchanger, cabinet.
E Estimated: all sizes, door count of ten per side, accessory positions. The worker is an illustrative figure, dressed as in the footage. The blower platform's construction is estimated.
U Unobserved: everything inside the casing and the conveyor supports. Seven belts is Aayush's figure. Their spacing here is illustrative. How the hot air is spread inside the dryer is Aayush's own proprietary design and is deliberately not shown. Where the moist air leaves: the roof duct is in the footage and the ID fan is in Aayush's specification, but the stack is an assumption.
Independent visualisation, not an official AAYUSH drawing.
